English Cocker Spaniel

English Cocker Spaniel, breed of hunting gun dogs. Bred in the 19th century in Britain, where in 1902, was approved by the breed standard, has lost its power at the present time. Very popular dog has a keen sense of works both in water and on the toe killed or wounded game.

The tail is set on slightly lower level of the back, stopped by to 1/2 lengths. Coat tight, shiny, silky, straight and soft. Color varied: black, brown, yellow. With a solid color, black dogs must be free of brown or reddish-brown tint, white on the chest is permitted, although not desirable.
