Austrian Shorthaired Pinscher 

Austrian Shorthaired Pinscher (German Osterreichischer Kurzhaariger Pinscher), breed of dogs. Breed bred in Austria in the 18th century, where it is very popular. The similarity with the German Pinscher and geographical proximity suggests the possibility of a common origin of these dogs. Outside Austria Austrian Shorthaired Pinscher is virtually unknown.

Austrian Shorthaired Pinscher - was short in stature (height at withers to 51 cm). The body of medium length, broad skull. Drop to a few big. Chest broad and deep. Tail coiled and curled over the back, but more often it docked. Coat color is red, black, brown, fawn, brindle or black and tan, can tolerate some white markings.
       
This multi-talented dog is happiest in the countryside. It needs regular exercise. It is suitable for guard duty.
